Refund and cancellation policy

The terms below apply to the fixed-price visa applications paid on this website (our Quick Visas). For study and visitor visa consultancy, the service fee and its refund terms are agreed with you in writing before you start.

For holiday packages and flight tickets, cancellation charges depend on the hotel, airline and supplier rules for your booking. They are given to you in writing with your quote, before you pay.

If you cancel before we have submitted your application to the government, we refund the full amount you paid.

If our expert finds that you are not eligible for the visa you paid for (for example, a Turkey e-visa without a qualifying US, UK, Schengen or Irish visa), or the government suspends that visa before we submit, we refund the full amount. Where possible we will suggest a suitable alternative first.

Once your application has been submitted, the government visa fee has been paid on your behalf and cannot be refunded, and our service charges are non-refundable because the work has been done.

Visa decisions are made only by the destination government, so fees are not refunded after a refusal. If a refusal was caused by a mistake on our part, we will re-apply without charging our service fee again (the government fee is payable again).

Government fees are charged in foreign currency and can change. If a fee rises after you pay but before we submit, we will tell you first — you can pay the difference or cancel for a full refund.
