York Immigration is an independent private visa and immigration consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. All visa decisions are made solely by the respective government authorities.

Our head office is at SCO-9, Sector-80, Opposite CP67 Mall, Airport Road, Mohali, Punjab 160055, with branch offices in Patiala and Amritsar. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, high commission or visa application centre.

We provide private consultation, documentation guidance and application assistance: advising you on the requirements, checking your documents, filling in forms, submitting through the official system or an authorised visa partner where you ask us to, and keeping you updated. We also arrange holiday packages and flight bookings.

For study and visitor visa services, our service fee and what it covers are confirmed in writing before you start. What is included in each fixed-price visa on this website is listed on its page. You can always apply directly to the government yourself.

Every visa decision is made solely by the government of the destination country. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued, or how long processing will take.

You must give true, complete information and genuine documents. We will not submit documents we believe are false or altered, and we may cancel an application if we find they are.

Please check your passport validity and the entry requirements of your destination before you travel.

Fixed visa prices on this website are shown in Indian rupees and include the government visa fee and our service charges; each visa page shows the government fee. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

We store your documents privately and use them only to process your application, as explained in our privacy policy.

Our liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the service charges you paid us for that application. We are not responsible for decisions, delays or fee changes by governments, airlines or visa centres.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have jurisdiction.
